RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this Policy outlines how we can help. Our policy covers the initial 3 days from the date of your purchase. However, if more than 3 days have elapsed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot process a refund or exchange.

1. RETURN PERIOD AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS

Subject to the guidelines stated in this Returns and Refunds Policy, Mojomarts.com offers returns for most items within 3 days upon delivery.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Unused and Pristine Condition: The item must remain unused and in the same condition as it was when initially received.
  • Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging to facilitate a smooth and efficient return process.
  • Proof of Purchase: To initiate your return, we kindly request a receipt or proof of purchase, which helps us validate the transaction.
  • Regular Priced Items: Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items. Promo items, unfortunately, are non-refundable.

Exceptions to this policy include items that became defective or damaged after delivery, following the manufacturers' guidelines.

2. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Certain product categories cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons or due to potential rapid deterioration or expiration. Returns and refunds for these items are only permitted if you received the wrong item, a damaged or defective item, or a fake or inauthentic item. Customized items, configured or inscribed to your specifications, and used or worn items are non-returnable.

3. PACKAGING RETURNS

When returning an item, ensure it is in the exact condition received from Mojomarts.com, with original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Take responsibility for the proper packaging of returned items to prevent damage during transit. Do not include any additional items unrelated to the returned item and ensure the removal of personal data.

4. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We understand that defects or damages can occur despite our best efforts. If you find yourself in such a situation, we only replace items in the event of defects or damage. Should you need to exchange an item due to such issues, please notify us by sending an email.

5. REFUNDS

Upon acceptance of your return or in cases where you do not receive an item you ordered, we aim to refund the purchase price within 30 days. For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you will also be refunded the full cost of delivery. Refunds for delivery fees are not applicable in cases where the return is due to reasons unrelated to Mojomarts’ errors.

6. REJECTED RETURN AND REFUND REQUESTS AND FORFEITURE

Each returned item undergoes a thorough inspection to validate the stated reasons for the return. If your request for a return is not granted approval, regrettably, a refund will not be issued. We will make two efforts to reship the item within a span of 3 business days. In the event that both redelivery attempts prove unsuccessful, you will be duly informed, and the item will be retained for an extra 30 days. Failure to retrieve the item within this timeframe will lead to forfeiture, and appropriate measures may be taken, including but not limited to selling, donating to charity, recycling, or disposing of the item.
